This is vinyl I cut for Lily's room with my friend Kami's help. This is lilac vinyl from Vinyl Expressions and I used Gypsy Wanderings, Gypsy Font, Home Decor and Opposites Attract. The size on the wall is approximately 24" x 24" and the quote is- obviously for most of you- from Harry Potter. Thank you Kami for continuing to help me with vinyl! Sometime I'll be brave enough to do it by myself! Take a minute and check out Kami's fabulous crafts at Everyday Heaven, or her Etsy shop, you'll love it!

Olive Juice Studio August Challenge
This was made for the Olive Juice Studio August Challenge. The challenge was to include:
1. A Stamped Image: "With Sympathy"- Fiskars acrylic stamp
2. At least one Cricut cut: the flower- Home Decor cartridge
3. A fiber- the pink JoAnn's ribbon
4. At least one piece of bling: JoAnn's rhinestones
5. One Patterned paper: Unknown print from my stash for framing pieces
I think it turned out very nicely, don't you? :)

Oh Baby!
I entered this card in the Cricut Cardz Challenge. This card was done at A2 size, with ZooBaloo for the sentiment and Stamping for the baby carriage. Ribbon and rhinestones are from Jo-Ann's. I used stickles on the white layer of the baby carriage and swiss dots embossing folder on the pink layer. Paper is anonymous from my stack.

Bird Card
This lovely was also inspired by a post on the Cricut MB that I can no longer find. The bird, tree and hearts are from "Give a Hoot" and cut at 3/4", 2 3/4" and 1/2" respectively. The card itself is 4 1/2" by 4 1/2". I used pop dots for the tree and bird, and the yellow scallop at the bottom is the Martha Stewart daisy edge punch.

1st BBTB2 Challenge!
This is my 1st entry for Bitten by the Bug 2! This week's challenge was to use the Lizard from Life's a Beach, so I made this, thinking it would be a cute card, but then I didn't want to give it away, so it found a home in a frame beside my bed! All cuts are from Life's a Beach and all paper is from my stash and so old I have no idea what kind it is! lol. I also used my d'vine swirls and swiss dots cuttlebug folders.

Wedding Card
This card is for an upcoming wedding~ hopefully they won't be following my blog before I give it to them. (They probably won't, since I only started it today :) ) The card is 5x7 and embossed with swiss dots. The heart & shadow are cut from Don Juan at 5 1/2" and embossed with D'Vine swirls. The ribbon is leftover Jo-Ann's Christmas ribbon. The monochromatic idea came from the Cricut MB- I would give credit if I had any idea when/where I saw it on there...
Flamingo Card
At work, our group has a good friend nearing retirement who just bought a beach house in North Carolina. Being a group with a slightly odd sense of humor, we decided that an appropriate house-warming gift would be a plastic pink flamingo with seasonal outfits. It is entertaining, I promise. :) My job was to provide the card. I decided that the flamingo from "Life's a Beach" would be very appropriate. I used the square card cut at 5" and the various flamingo layers. The flamingo is embossed with D'vine Swirls and the card is embellished with Jo-Ann's ribbon and rhinestones. The envelope is a bit cobbled together with scraps and a white piece of cardstock cut to fit. My Cricut Create just usually isn't up for making envelopes for what I decide is an appropriate card size.
The card was a hit at work- as my friend opened it she said "I totally need a pink flamingo like this for my yard!" little knowing that that was in the box she was going to open.
